Next
Day Service
In
most cases, all purchases made before 3:00 p.m. each day will be
processed for delivery the same day. Delivery is expected
by 10:30 a.m. the following morning fully insured via FeDex.
Returns
If
you decide to return your item, One Diamond Ring offers an amazing
30 day refund guarantee minus shipping/labor costs incurred by
certified loose diamonds (if applicable). Please notify us of any item
being returned. All documents must accompany the item purchased.
The returned package must be postmarked within 7 days starting
on the day that the item was received to ensure credit. Please
note there is a 10% standard restocking fee for items returned
after 7 days.
Returns will be thoroughly examined by a qualified gemologist to
verify that the diamond returned, is in fact the original
diamond shipped. Jewelry must be in it's original condition.
Items altered in any manner will not be issued a refund.
Returns must be made fully insured for the amount of
